As chief information and security officer (CISO) and senior vice president of security services, Tom Neclerio is responsible for the strategic vision and development of SilverSky’s internal security program as well as the operational oversight of SilverSky’s professional services, consulting and cyber advisory services. Tom is a recognized leader in the information security field with more than 24 years of diverse experience including several leadership positions within publicly traded companies and large global managed security firms. Tom has held several executive positions including senior vice president of security services and CISO for Fortune 500 firms.
Throughout his career, Tom has established a proven track record for advising companies on how to design, manage and maintain highly resilient cyber programs. In addition, Tom has developed a deep understanding of risk management and security regulations including CMMC, GLBA, HIPAA, SEC, FRNA, SOX and PCI compliance. Tom holds numerous security certifications including CISSP, CGEIT and CRISC, CDPSE and a CMMC-AB registered practitioner and a frequent speaker ant at National Conferences and Security roundtables.
