On Tuesday, January 17, 2017, Brian Ford, on behalf of NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association (“NTCA”), along with Patricia Cave and Gerry Duffy on behalf of WTA – Advocates for Rural Broadband, (the “Rural Associations”) met with Nicholas Degani, Wireline Legal Advisor to Commissioner Ajit Pai to discuss issues related to the Lifeline Universal Service Fund (“USF”) Modernization Order adopted by the Federal Communications Commission in March 2016.
