WC Docket No. 11-42, Federal-State Joint Board on Universal Service Lifeline and Link Up Reform and Modernization
On Monday, February 1, 2016, Patricia Cave, on behalf of WTA – Advocates for Rural Broadband, Brian Ford with NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association (“NTCA”), and Tanea Foglia with John Staurulakis, Inc. (the “Rural Representatives”), met with Rebekah Goodheart, Legal Advisor – Wireline to Commissioner Mignon Clyburn. The parties discussed a pending Petition for Reconsideration with respect to the Second Report and Order released by the Commission in the Universal Service Fund Lifeline proceeding in June 2015. The parties further discussed issues related to the Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking also released in June 2015.
