On Wednesday, February 11, 2015, Mike Romano, Senior Vice President-Policy, on behalf of NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association (“NTCA”), met with Rebekah Goodheart, legal advisor to Commissioner Mignon Clyburn, to discuss certain issues of importance to smaller rural service providers in the above-referenced proceedings. Colin Sandy, on behalf of the National Exchange Carrier Association (“NECA”), participated in the meeting via telephone, specifically with respect to the discussion of retaining the existing option to tariff certain transmission services as described in the ex parte notice.
