On February 13, 2017, as the Federal Communications Commission considers various questions related to the value propositions, capabilities, and sustainability of various technologies in helping to achieve our national universal service objectives, NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association submitted a technical paper by Vantage Point Solutions – “Evaluating 5G Wireless Technology as a Complement or Substitute for Wireline Broadband” – into the record of the above-referenced proceeding to aid in consideration of such matters.
