Modernizing the E-rate Program for Schools and Libraries, WC Docket No. 13-184
On Tuesday, February 28, 2017, Brian Ford and Kelly Wismer on behalf of NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association, along with Bob DeBroux and Kay Midthun (via telephone) with TDS Telecommunications, met with the staff of the Federal Communications Commission's ("Commission") Wireline Competition Bureau and discussed the Universal Service Fund Schools and Libraries (“E-rate”) mechanism, specifically the 2014 E-rate Modernization Order and the 2014 E-rate Second Report and Order adopted by the Commission.
