Romano, Senior Vice President-Industry Affairs & Business Development, on behalf of NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association, spoke via telephone with Claude Aiken, legal advisor to Commissioner Mignon Clyburn, regarding matters in the above-referenced proceeding. The conversation was a follow-on to several recent prior discussions with the Federal Communications Commissions regarding the continuing adverse effects upon consumers arising out of application of the “rate floor” policy.
