On Wednesday, June 24, 2015, Shirley Bloomfield, Chief Executive Officer of NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association (“NTCA”) and Mike Romano, Senior Vice President-Policy, met with Commissioner Ajit Pai and his legal advisor, Nicholas Degani, regarding issues presented in the above-referenced proceeding. Mr. Romano also met separately with Travis Litman, legal advisor to Commissioner Jessica Rosenworcel, to discuss the same matters.
