On Tuesday, July 28, 2015, NTCA-The Rural Broadband Association and parties representing various rural telecom operators and associations met with Federal Communications Commission staff to discuss concepts and other specific plans for the updating of existing universal service cost recovery mechanisms. The names of all of the parties attending the meeting were identified in an attachment to the letter filed with the Commission.
