On August 20, 2014, the Competitive Carriers Association (“CCA”), CTIA – The Wireless Association® (“CTIA”) and NTCA – The Rural Broadband Association’s (“NTCA”) (collectively, “Wireless Industry Representatives”) submitted a letter to supplement their recent proposal for a limited, interim waiver of the Commission’s “former defaulter” rule for the upcoming auction of AWS-3 spectrum.
