On Wednesday, October 19, 2016, and Friday, October 21, 2016, Michael R. Romano, Senior Vice President-Industry & Business Development, on behalf of NTCA­­–The Rural Broadband Association (“NTCA”), held separate telephone conversations with Carol Mattey, Deputy Chief of the Wireline Competition Bureau, and Trent Harkrader, Associate Bureau Chief, respectively, to discuss matters in the above-referenced proceedings.
