On Friday, October 27, 2017, Jill Canfield, Vice President Legal & Industry, Assistant General Counsel, from NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association (“NTCA”), met with Jamie Susskind, Wireline Advisor to Commissioner Carr of the Federal Communications Commission (the “Commission”) regarding the above referenced matter. NTCA discussed the continued problem of calls not completing to rural consumers and the sudden uptick in complaints over the last few weeks.
