On Wednesday, October 29, 2014, Mike Romano, Senior Vice President-Policy, on behalf of NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association (“NTCA”), spoke via telephone with Priscilla Delgado Argeris, legal advisor to Commissioner Jessica Rosenworcel, to discuss the petitions for reconsideration filed by NTCA, the Utah Rural Telecom Association, and the State E-rate Coordinators Alliance in the above-referenced proceeding.
