On Friday, October 31, 2014, Mike Romano, Senior Vice President-Policy, on behalf of NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association (“NTCA”), spoke via telephone with Rebekah Goodheart, legal advisor to Commissioner Mignon Clyburn, to discuss the petitions for reconsideration filed by NTCA, the Utah Rural Telecom Association, and the State E-rate Coordinators Alliance in the above-referenced proceeding.
