On November 2, 2015, NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association and INCOMPAS (jointly, “the Associations”) submitted a letter in response to the National Association of Broadcasters’ (NAB) ex parte letter in the above referenced docket. In its letter, NAB attempts to discount the Associations’ video competition survey results using inflammatory language and specious accusations.
