Jill Canfield, Vice President of Legal and Industry, Assistant General Counsel, representing NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association (“NTCA”), Colin Sandy from the National Exchange Carrier Association (“NECA”) and Derrick Owens representing WTA – Advocates for Rural Broadband (“WTA”) met with Priscilla Delgado Argeris, Legal Advisor to Commissioner Jessica Rosenworcel, on November 6, 2014 to discuss rural call completion. The three organizations expressed frustration with the fact that more than a year after rules to address rural call completion problems were adopted, the record keeping and reporting rules are still not in effect.
