On Monday, November 10, 2014, David Hoover, on behalf of NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association (“NTCA”), met with Chairman Tom Wheeler, Gigi Sohn, Daniel Alvarez, and Eric Feigenbaum from the Chairman’s office, and Matthew DelNero, Deputy Chief of the Wireline Competition Bureau, to discuss matters in the above-referenced proceeding.
