On Tuesday, December 8, 2015, Shirley Bloomfield, Chief Executive Officer of NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association (“NTCA”), met with Commissioner Michael O’Rielly to discuss various matters in the above-referenced proceeding. Consistent with prior NTCA presentations, the conversation addressed issues related to potential options for Federal Communications Commission action on universal service fund reform and specific concerns and questions related thereto.
