(Mar. 24) In a meeting with senior FCC staff, NTCA recommended suspension of Budget Control Mechanism controls while carriers address pandemic-related cash-flow disruptions. NTCA also explained the value of regulatory parity in reporting requirements and suggested steps to reduce administrative burdens on small broadband providers.
