On January 27, 2020 NTCA and USTelecom met with staff from the Wireline Competition Bureau to discuss concerns how the Lifeline Representative Accountability Database is asking for employee's personally identifiable information ("PII") The parties asked whether there were alternatives that could balance the interest in being able to identify people interacting with the database with the concerns associated with employees submission of PII.
