(Aug 13) In an ex parte letter filed with the FCC, NTCA and USTelecom addressed the disconnect between the locations identified in RDOF areas by the Connect America Cost Model and the actual “facts on the ground.” The letter noted that the 2020 RDOF Order already established a process to address this issue and directed it occur at a time when both the Commission and auction winners will have the benefit of much more granular and accurate data.
