On January 10, 2020, NTCA joined Industry Partner on a joint letter urging the Department of Commerce provide clearly defined, advance notice of equipment or services posing a Cyber threat. The letter highlighted the need to align any rules governing the "supply chain security" with other federal agencies, such as the FCC and the National Defense Authorization Act of 2019.
