(Oct 18) In a letter to the FCC, NTCA joined several other associations in response to NTIA filing that proposed price regulation and a broad disparate impact framework. NTCA along with the partnering associations stated that such proposals would be unlawful and counterproductive to the FCC’s broadband goals.
