On December 9, 2019, NTCA CEO, Shirley Bloomfield, and Senior VP of Industry Affairs, Mike Romano met with Commissioner Geoffrey Starks and his legal advisor, Austin Bonner to discuss the Rural Digital Opportunity Fund ("RDOF"). NTCA noted the Commission needs to recognize the value of better service capabilities and symmetrical services in the RDOF auction and the importance of promoting greater accountability.
