(Apr 18) In a meeting with FCC staff, NTCA reaffirmed its support for proposals in the record that would determine impacts upon ACAM and CAF-BLS/HCLS distributions where qualifying competition is confirmed to exist. NTCA urged the FCC to adopt the ACAM Broadband Coalition proposal to adjust support using a two-pronged analysis comparable to BEAD program’s assessment of unserved and underserved areas.
