(March 15) NTCA and a coalition of other stakeholders met with staff from the FCC Office of General Counsel to discuss why forbearance from universal service contribution obligations in the FCC’s neutrality proceeding is unnecessary, would be ill-advised as a matter of policy and would be contrary to applicable legal standards.
