(Feb 9) In a meeting with staff to Chairwoman Rosenworcel, NTCA continued discussing concerns about a recurrence of the budget control mechanism and how, if implemented, it would result in substantial cuts in CAF-BLS and HCLS for rural providers. NTCA urged the FCC to act upon a pending proposal for updates to both CAF-BLS and HCLS mechanisms.
