(Nov 1) In a meeting with staff to Commissioner Carr, NTCA discussed additional details and refinements to its previously submitted proposal to update the A-CAM and CAF-BLS high-cost support mechanism. NTCA noted that its proposal provides a sound basis for moving forward with reform and reiterated as well the importance of timely action to update these critical support mechanisms.
