(Feb 11) In a meeting with staff to Chairwomen Jessica Rosenworcel, NTCA discussed performance measurement testing, specifically the treatment of certain CAF-BLS carriers recently informed of broader-then-anticipated obligations to being testing in January 2022. NTCA suggested allowing carriers to test on their own accord to allow for a more reasonable period to complete pre-testing obligations for non-HUBB locations.
