NTCA Meets with FCC Staff to Discuss Report on Future of USF

(Aug 4) In a meeting with staff to Commissioners Simington and Carr, NTCA discussed a pending report on the Future of USF. NTCA encouraged FCC to include thoughtful consideration of how to update USF contribution mechanism.
