(Jan 11) In ex parte meetings with all four FCC Commissioners’ staff, NTCA urged the agency to simplify the process by which ACP subscribers can rectify improper benefit transfers executed by unscrupulous providers. NTCA also suggested a process for ensuring that ACP subscribers with past due amounts can stay connected without incurring additional debt to their service provider.
