(Sep 14) In a meeting with staff to Chairwoman Rosenworcel, NTCA noted how the proposals for A-CAM and CAF-BLS reform build efficiently upon proven mechanisms already in place. NTCA also emphasized the importance of timely action on reform for effective coordination with other programs and because of the need to address budget and service level issues.
