(June 9) In a meeting with staff to Commissioner Starks, NTCA reiterated that the complexities involved in tracking subscriber usage for purposes of the ACP program outweigh the benefits. As this issue is acutely problematic for those serving Tribal areas, NTCA asked for simplification of the rule.
