(Jul 8) In a letter submitted as part of the USForward Group, NTCA responds to claims that the USForward Report and its recommendation to access BIAS revenues is based on flawed assumptions. The letter outlines and addresses each of these claims. Along with the USForward Group, NTCA recommends the FCC not wait for additional authority from Congress and to start reforming USF.
