(April 17) In a meeting with the FCC's Wireline Competition and Public Safety Bureaus, NTCA suggested changes to proposed rules to promote the Next Generation 911 transition. NTCA noted that this proposal would be consistent with applicable law and would avoid unnecessary end-user rate increases.
