(Apr 3) In a letter to the FCC, NTCA provided additional information on points previously raised on A-CAM, CAF-BLS and HCLS mechanism. NTCA pointed to the fact that by adopting these updates it would help broadband service meet, if not, exceed the anticipated delivery through grant programs and in turn help ensure resources from these grant programs go even further.
