(Sep 26) In a meeting with OEA and WCB, NTCA along partnering associations, stated that nearly every responding party supports an Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) data collection that is limited, as called for by the authorizing statue. NTCA pointed to the legal infirmities and policy problems associated with a more expansive collection that was authorized by Congress.
