(Oct 24) In a meeting with OEA and WCB, NTCA along partnering associations, stated that nearly every responding party supports an Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) data collection that is limited, as called for by the authorizing statue. The associations offered a specific proposal for a data collection that is consistent with the statute and that provides the FCC with the data it needs to make important decisions about the ACP.
