On March 13, 2020, NTCA's Mike Romano spoke with Ryan Palmer and Jodie Griffin of the Wireline Competition Bureau, and asked that the deadline for submission of personally identifiable information into the Lifeline Representative Accountability Database be delayed to allow companies to focus on other mission-critical functions and pending further consideration of potential changes to that requirement.
