(Dec 5) In a letter to the FCC, NTCA reiterated its support for updating the A-CAM and CAF-BLS mechanisms. NTCA also provided additional information to help build upon a previously submitted proposal of specific updates to the programs in the form of deployment timeframes, budgetary and location service impacts data.
