On February 2, 2017, NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association filed a Petition for Limited Waiver/Extension of Time with respect to two filing deadlines as adopted in a December 8, 2016 Public Notice by the Wireline Competition Bureau and as applicable to rural local exchange carriers (“RLECs”) receiving certain kinds of High Cost Universal Service Fund (“USF’) support.
