ISAO 200-1 Foundational Services and Capabilities v0.1
NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association (NTCA) submitted comments regarding the Information Sharing and Analysis Organization (ISAO) 200-1 Foundational Services and Capabilities v0.1, released on October 30, 2017. NTCA remains concerned about the overall direction of the ISAO Standards Organization (SO). Executive Order 13691–Promoting Private Sector Cybersecurity Information Sharing stresses the development of an inclusive ISAO structure that is flexible and scalable for organizations of all sizes and resources. As such, NTCA urged the SO to revisit the current draft of ISAO 200-1 to ensure that all interested parties can participate. More specifically, the SO should refrain from creating guidelines that are overly prescriptive and burdensome.
