(Apr 15) NTCA and NRECA, in a joint letter to the FCC, reiterated the need for transparency and accountability with respect to the process of RDOF funds distribution and the need for continued scrutiny of long-form applications. The joint letter encourages the FCC to avoid any delay for those applications with a clear case for service delivery while closely examining those with where substantial questions persist to ensure effective use of universal service resources.
