NTCA and WISPA Advocate for FCC Retention of the Existing Broadband Label Rules

(Feb 16) In the FCC’s proceeding intended by Congress to promote transparency for consumers with respect to providers’ performance and network management practices, NTCA and WISPA opposed any expansion of existing requirements.  The existing rules accomplish what Congress intended, and the current proposed expansion would impose additional burdens that would outweigh any potential consumer benefits.
