(Jan 23) In reply comments filed at the FCC, NTCA stated that rules to promote IP voice traffic exchange would ensure call authentication across the nation and further the IP transition. In the alternative, the FCC could mandate use of non-IP authentication standards, even as the pro IP transition approach is the best option.
