In comments to develop the FCC’s annual broadband deployment report to Congress, NTCA supported the FCC’s proposal to evaluate fixed and mobile services separately. NTCA also recommended using spectrum and service area data for any 5G or satellite services included in the report and pointed to COVID 19-related supply chain disruptions that may impact future deployment.
