(Jul 25) In comments filed with the FCC, NTCA responded to the NPRM seeking comment on the provision in the Infrastructure Act establishing an Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). NTCA rebuffed the FCC’s attempt to turn the data collection into a continuous practice and encouraged the FCC to limit the amount/type of data collected.
