(Jul 31) In comments filed with the FCC, NTCA noted that it supports transparency on consumers’ bills and promotional materials. As a further measure to enable transparency, however, NTCA recommended video service providers be allowed (but not required) to identify the amount of retransmission fees paid for the programming offered to consumers.
