(Sep 20) In comments filed at the FCC, NTCA stated that the agency’s proposal to use its equipment authorization rules to promote cybersecurity exceeds its authority. The FCC should instead coordinate with other federal agencies that have already taken action to prompt equipment manufacturers to build more security into their products.
