(Feb 22) In a FCC proceeding on inadvertent breaches of CPNI, NTCA advocated for limiting breach reports to instances where carriers have made a reasonable determination that a breach could cause financial harm to at least 1,000 customers. NTCA also asked the FCC to retain the current timeline for reporting breaches.
